Name That Actress

I had a dream where it was very important to figure out who a certain actress was. I woke up with the theme to "Our House" running through my head, so I thought it was that girl. IMDB has no pictures of her. But based on Google, I don't think this is who my dream was showing me.

The girl was a friend or annoying neighbor on a few shows in the 80s. She always had pigtails. She was probably born between 1975-1977. In one show,  she had braces with headgear. Come to think of it, I believe she was also in a movie or two.

Anyone know who I'm talking about?
